8-14 Inch Woodworking Band Saw Tire with Rubber Band and Scroll Wheel

Band Saw Tires Rubber Band 8-14 Inch for Bandsaw Scroll Wheel Rubber Ring Woodworking - for 8 Inch Features: The rubber band needs to be stretched. After receiving the item, soak it in hot water to heat and expand evenly. Then mount it securely onto the wheel without the need for adhesive! To ensure the anti-skid rubber ring fits tightly on the wheel's outer edge and prevents slippage during operation, which could reduce cutting efficiency, the circumference of the rubber ring is intentionally smaller than that of the band saw wheel. Installation method: 1. Remove the old damaged rubber ring. If any residue remains on the wheel's edge, clean it thoroughly before installation. 2. Soak the new anti-skid rubber ring in warm water for 3-5 minutes until softened, then install while pliable. 3. Begin installation on one side of the wheel by pressing one end of the rubber ring firmly into the groove on the wheel's outer edge. Use a flat-head screwdriver to gradually guide the rest of the ring into the groove. Avoid excessive force to prevent damage. 4. For added security, a small amount of adhesive may be applied along the groove if desired.
