PTO Shaft Extender 13/8 Inch 6 Spline Quick Connect Tractor PTO Extension Adapter 70HP Universal Fit

PTO Shaft Extender Adapter 13/8 inch 6Spline Male to 13/8 inch 6Spline Female for 70HP Tractors A practical quickconnect PTO extender designed to bridge shaft length gaps and enable safe, reliable power transfer between a tractor and PTOdriven implements. The upgraded design improves fit and connection reliability while keeping installation straightforward. Key benefits Solves mismatched shaft lengths: Extends the reach of your tractor PTO so implements with shorter or misaligned shafts can be used without modification. Quick connect for fast hookups: Simple male and female 13/8 inch 6spline connection speeds up attachment changes and reduces downtime. Rated for typical 70HP tractor applications: Sized and designed to handle common loads for farm and property maintenance equipment. Improved connection performance: Upgraded geometry and tolerances minimize play at the joint for smoother power transfer and reduced vibration. Broad implement compatibility: Works with many PTOdriven tools such as rotary cutters, finish mowers, and snow blowers where a 13/8 inch 6spline interface is standard. What it does Converts between 13/8 inch 6spline female and 13/8 inch 6spline male PTO shafts to extend shaft length and enable a secure quickconnect coupling. Provides a straightforward mechanical link that maintains rotational alignment and torque transfer for PTOdriven implements up to typical 70HP loads. Key attributes Connection type: 13/8 inch 6spline male to 13/8 inch 6spline female. Application rating: Intended for use with tractors around 70 horsepower where a PTO extension is required. Design: Quickconnect style adapter for faster implement changes and easier installation. Compatibility: Suitable for many agricultural and landscape implements, including compatibility with Bush Hog and Kubota implement interfaces, snow blowers, and finish mowers that use 13/8 inch 6spline shafts. Use scenarios Field mowing: Attach a finish mower whose PTO shaft is slightly too short for the tractor. The extender provides the required length so cutting can proceed without modifying either machine. Snow removal: Add a PTOdriven snow blower in winter and use the extender to reach the blower input shaft safely, maintaining a secure quickconnect link for frequent attachment and removal. Rotary cutter or bush hog work: Connect a rotary cutter when the implement interface and tractor shaft require a matching 13/8 inch 6spline coupling, allowing you to use existing equipment without replacing shafts. Practical notes Check spline count and shaft diameter before use to confirm compatibility. Ensure the tractor horsepower and implement load are within the intended application range. Follow standard PTO safety practices and machine manufacturer instructions when installing and operating the extender. This PTO extender provides a straightforward, reliable solution for common shaft length and compatibility issues, helping you use a wider range of implements with minimal fuss.
