Origin: Italy Product: Bio This whole wheat pasta is made by drying it at a low temperature, which allows the nutritional components to remain unchanged. In addition to its high protein content, it has superior quality characteristics (porous and rough), which allow it to absorb sauces and maintain its shape during cooking in an exceptional way.
