NO flow restrictions. .EASY INSTALLATIONThe shower head swivel ball adapter comes with a teflon tape, and two rubber washers for sealing. Just put the rubber washer into the female thread end, use the teflon tape on the threads then coect and tighten it. Can use the other extra rubber washer when coecting the male thread end if needed.
