Inspect the collection container for water every day and the service you need. Replace the part at least once a year or when a decrease in power is noticed. To Drain The Water: 1. Loosen the automatic ventilation drain plug to drain the water from the container into a container. 2. Squeeze the drain. 3. Use the primer bulb to refill the filter with fuel. 4. Start the engine and check for leaks. To Replace Item: 1. Loosen the automatic ventilation drain plug and drain the item into a container. 2. Remove the filter part from the mounting bracket with the bowl connected. 3. Remove the bowl from the filter part and clean the o-ring gland in the bowl. The bowl is reusable do not discard it. 4. Lubricate o-ring with oil or grease and install in the bowl. 5. Install the bowl on a new part, hand tighten. 6. upper filter seal lubricated with oil or grease. 7. The filler / bowl filter is attached to the clean fuel and assembled with mounting bracket, hand tightened. 8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
