Power off your PC, then plug TPM module into your motherboard. Power on PC, enter BIOS, and enable TPM 2.0 options. Reboot into Windows, and Windows will do the rest work for you. Windows performs then initialization and configuration works in the background silently, and you don't need to do anything.
