Use the IO port to send a high-level trigger signal to Trig for at least 10 microseconds. 2. The module automatically emits eight 40kHz ultrasonic pulses and detects if a signal is returned. 3. When a signal is received, the module outputs a high-level pulse through the RX port. The duration of this high-level signal corresponds to the time taken for the ultrasonic wave to travel to the target and back. Distance calculation: (High level time × speed of sound (340m/s)) / 2 This module is easy to use—apply a 10μs high-level signal to the Trig pin, then wait for the high-level pulse on the RX pin. Use a timer to measure the pulse width. When the RX pin goes low, read the timer value to calculate the distance. Repeating this cycle enables continuous distance measurement.
