The top and base plates attach to a height-adjustable rack where your monitor is mounted via 1/4"-20 tie down screws on the top and bottom, allowing for fine adjustment of the plates to fit the height of your monitor. Both top and bottom plates feature a mounting slot to slide the 1/4"-20 screw for the best position. The cross cheese bar, 370mm in length, connects to the handgrips via 15mm rod adapters, allowing for the cage system to be comfortably held. A light stand mount, 16mm in inner diameter, is included as well for mounting on a light stand.
