Slight smoke is normal and will disappear within seconds. 2. Insert the tin wire into the designated inlet, then pull the trigger in the direction of the nozzle until the solder wire reaches the tip and begins to melt. 3. To stop or replace the tin wire, simply release the trigger and remove the wire. 4. To replace the heater, first remove the protective cover, disconnect the heater connection, then remove the iron tip to access and replace the heating core. Caution: 1. During operation, the soldering iron and nozzle reach temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius. Avoid contact to prevent burns. 2. When not in use, place the soldering iron on the stand. 3. After use, turn off the power and allow the unit to cool before storing. HOW TO SOLDER: 1. Clean the parts to be joined. 2. Clean the soldering iron tip and apply a thin layer of solder to all surfaces of the tip (tinning). 3. Heat the component to be soldered. Apply cored solder directly to the heated joint (not the tip) until the solder melts and flows freely.
