Matters needing attention Before testing the electrolytic capacitor, be sure to discharge it first, otherwise the meter may be damaged. When measuring devices in a circuit, always turn off the power to the circuit. When using an adapter for power supply, please use an adapter with a voltage range of DC 9v-12V (including 9V, 12V). The meter will not charge the battery, when the battery power is lower than 6V, please replace the battery. 3. Function description 1. Supported devices: PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N/P MOSFETs, JFETs, diodes, single/double diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors, inductors. 2. Measure the current magnification (B) of the bipolar transistor and the turn-on voltage (Uf ) of the emitter junction. 3. It can detect the internal protection diode of bipolar transistor and MOSFET and display its direction on the screen. 4. The threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET can be measured. 5. Inductance measurement range: 0.01mH-20H, if it exceeds the range, it will be displayed as resistance. If the inductor DC resistance value is greater than2.1K will also show up as a resistor. 6. It takes about 2 seconds to measure once. When the measured components are capacitance and inductance,the measurement time will vary with the capacitance value and the electric current. It becomes longer as the sense value increases. 7. Small device placement area: place small product devices for easy search and measurement. 8. Short-circuit the ports T1, T2, and T3 together, and press the "Power On/Test" button. 2. The screen prompts "Selftest mode..?", press the "Power On/Test" key within 2 seconds to confirm and enter the calibration.otherwise will Enter the normal transistor test mode. 3. The meter starts to calibrate automatically until it prompts "isolate Probes!", then disconnect the connections of T1, T2, and T3. 4.
