This motor speed controller features two low internal resistance MOSFETs and a preceding stage driver, delivering enhanced performance and stable operation while supporting high current and high frequency. It includes a start-stop button and supports external switch control to meet various application requirements. The controller allows users to set minimum and maximum speed values as well as operating frequency, enabling customization based on specific motor or LED characteristics. The minimum value setting prevents motor stall or LED failure to illuminate; the maximum value setting prevents excessive motor speed or LED over-brightness at full output. It uses a digital encoder knob for speed adjustment, offering higher precision, better consistency, and no drift compared to standard potentiometers. This allows accurate and repeatable speed selection. Adjustment step size is configurable from 0.1 to 25, supporting both fine and coarse control. Start time and stop time can be set from 0.0 to 9.9 seconds, enabling soft start functionality to eliminate inrush current, thereby protecting the motor and extending its service life.
