Organic dark chocolate bar 89% cocoa (Brazil), from crops in the Atlantic Tropical Forest. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa. Organic, vegan and gluten-free chocolate. Made with cocoa of the Trinitario variety. Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar. Tasting note: Harmonious. A gift of fusion of fruity notes, reminiscent of red fruits, a light touch of spice and vegetal nuances with notes of tea. The following face order is recommended to enjoy the entire personality of this tablet: Observe its color and brightness. Smell and detect the first nuances. Break it open and hear a clean crunch.
