An exemplary training program is presented below Week 1 Start with gum No. 1 for beginners (orange 14 kg) Perform 510 series every day until your muscles break down (until you cant do a single repetition) Week 2 Add the number of series and increase the intensity Perform 1020 series to failure every day Week 36 Start with gum no.2 for intermediate (green 18 kg) Perform 1520 series to failure every day After the last 5 sets, you can do a drop set with gum # 1 (just after failing with gum # 2, do as many more reps as you can with gum # 1) Week 6 If you feel that your jaw can handle even greater levels, we recommend using rubber number 3 (purple 22 kg). Do not use this product before 6 weeks of pretraining your facial muscles with our other 2 lighter weight rubbers.
