FILTER 2.0 is only compatible with NEW TRAY and FOUNTAIN 1.0. Stronger filtering: PETKIT FILTER 2.0 uses Purolite company's filter material as raw material and increases the amount of filter material in the filter element, improving filtration performance. It effectively filters harmful substances such as hair, debris, and heavy metals from the water, helping protect your pet's health. 4 types of filtration: The filter layer consists of two layers of high-quality cotton mesh, coconut shell activated carbon, and ion exchange resin. Please note: Before replacing the filter, soak it in cold water for 5 minutes to activate the ion exchange resin. After installing the new filter, press and hold the black reset button on the bottom of the dispenser to turn off the orange indicator light. When to replace the filter: Normally, replace the filter every 3 months in SMART mode and every 1 month in NORMAL mode. The indicator light will turn ORANGE when the filter needs to be replaced.
