Note: Software upgrades after 10/19/2018 may block CarPlay OBD activation. Factory version allows one OBD module to activate up to 10 vehicles, suitable for repair shops. This OBD module does not support deactivation when reconnected to the same vehicle. Operation Procedure: 1. Turn ignition ON. 2. Plug the OBD2 module into the vehicle’s OBD2 diagnostic port. 3. Check the screen for the displayed HWID. 4. Wait for the system to reboot – activation complete. Important Notice: 1. Ensure Siri is enabled on your iPhone. 2. Use the original charging cable for your device. 3. CarPlay is an app within Apple’s iOS system; only iPhones can use CarPlay (iPhone 5 or later models supported). 4.
