How To Replace a Band Saw Tire? 1, Unplug the Band saw, loosen the saw blade tension and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel. 2, Once removed, completely remove or cur the old tire and any residue left behind. 3, Slide part of the tire onto the wheel rim, then slip a short rod or pipe between the tire and wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim once to equalize the tire's elasticity. 4, Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tire and wheel .Roll and repeat all the way around the rim. Let the glue dry for 24 hours before using the saw again. 9inch Diameter: for 9inch (230mm) bandsaw wheel Suitable for 28-150 BS100, , Grizzly band saws using 1570 & 1575mm bandsaw blades. Colour:black Material:rubber Size: about 12.5mm wide x 3mm thick Package Contents: 2 x Band Saw Rubber Tire Only the above package content, other products are not included.
