1. When power is connected, the yellow light turns ON when the voltage is between 175 Vac and 260 Vac. After a delay of approximately 5 minutes, or by pressing the ON & OFF button directly, the green light turns ON and the device begins to output power. 2. After power is connected, if the voltage is below 175 Vac or above 260 Vac, the unit enters voltage protection mode. In this mode, the red light remains ON and no power is output. 3. When the unit is in protection mode (red light ON), if the voltage rises above 190 Vac and remains below 240 Vac, the yellow light turns ON. The device will return to normal operation after a delay of approximately 5 minutes. 4. The ON & OFF button functions only when the voltage is within the normal operating range. In voltage protection mode, the button has no effect. 5. Once in normal operation, if the voltage becomes unstable or falls outside the normal range, the device will immediately enter voltage protection mode and cease power output.
