New RTL2832 (aka RTL2832U) RTL-SDR R820T USB dongle. Can be used as a software defined radio (SDR) scanner. The RTL2832U outputs 8-bit I/Q samples with a theoretically possible highest sample rate of 3.2 MS/s, but the highest sample rate tested to date without missing samples is 2.8 MS/s. The frequency range is highly dependent on the tuner used, a dongle using Rafael Micro's R820T provides a possible range of 25 - 1700 MHz.
