Eladiet's Good Night Total is a two-layer food supplement that helps you fall asleep quickly and get a good quality rest. Based on melatonin, Gabaglicin 6® Complex, valerian, California poppy, passionflower and vitamin B3. Vitamins B3 and B6 : contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Melatonin : helps to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag and reduce the time needed to fall asleep. Valerian : helps maintain natural sleep.
