Fixed Base Bimini Hinge Fitting

Precision-machined stainless steel hinge mount for permanent yet serviceable bimini top installation on marine decks. Each unit serves as a fixed pivot point between canopy support tube and deck surface, engineered for rigidity and longevity. Surface finish: bright polished stainless steel — visually clean and functionally protective. No weight, dimensional specs, or torque ratings are disclosed in the source text and are therefore excluded. Compatibility is confirmed for general bimini frame systems across small to medium yachts and powerboats. Mounting relies on user-supplied marine-grade bolts or screws appropriate for deck substrate (e.g., through-bolting with backing plates recommended for structural integrity). Designed for owners who prioritise dependable hardware over disposable alternatives — particularly relevant in the UK’s variable climate where UV exposure, rain, and airborne salt combine to accelerate hardware degradation.
