This half round foam roller is constructed from firm EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), delivering consistent support and long-term shape retention. Its cross-section measures 12 cm in height and 15 cm in width, with available lengths of 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm and 90 cm. The flat bottom enables grounded, stable use in yoga postures, dynamic stretching and pre-workout activation, while the rounded top introduces deliberate instability for adult balance development. Lightweight and portable, it transitions easily between home, gym and studio environments. Always use on a level, dry, non-slip surface. Balance exercises must be performed with the curved side facing downward and within arm’s reach of a wall or fixed support.
