You can add or remove them depending on the handlebar size. When a rubber ring insert is not embedded, the hole diameter of the handlebar clamp base is 1.26 inches (32 mm). The mounting clamp base uses a rubber insert and a lock bolt to prevent loosening in high vibration. The set includes an Allen key for easy installation.
