NexYZ connects your smartphone to your telescope, spotting scope, binoculars, monocular, and microscope so you can capture images and video through the eyepiece. Works with a wide range of mobile phone models, including the latest devices from major brands. Unlike other adapters, NexYZ features three directional knobs (X, Y, Z axis) that perfectly align your phone's camera with the eyepiece in seconds, allowing you to quickly capture the perfect image. NexYZ is built for durability with a metal frame and polymer body, designed to withstand rigorous field use. It fits eyepieces from 35mm to 60mm in diameter, including telescopes with 1.25" and 2" eyepieces, spotting scopes, monoculars, and binoculars. The adapter also works with microscopes when using the included adapter ring, which reduces the usable diameter down to 25mm, suitable for standard microscope eyepieces. A strong spring and threaded twist lock provide a secure two-level grip on optical instruments, ensuring stable attachment during use. NexYZ accommodates a wide range of smartphones. The phone platform is fully adjustable and fits most devices, typically even with cases still on. Larger "phablet" models are supported as well. The stable platform securely holds the weight of these devices. The spring-loaded clamp allows for quick removal and replacement of your phone in seconds. What sets NexYZ apart from other smartphone adapters is its three-axis adjustment system. Most adapters offer limited alignment in only two directions and require precise initial placement. NexYZ lets you place your phone on the platform, center it over the eyepiece using the X and Y knobs, then adjust forward or backward along the Z-axis to achieve full field visibility in your shot. This precise adjustment system is faster and easier to use than competing models. From setup to capture, the entire process takes just a few moments—inserting the phone, attaching the adapter to the eyepiece, launching the camera app, and centering the lens using the knobs. When switching phones, eyepieces, or optical tools, only minor adjustments are needed to re-center the camera. Note: NexYZ fits telescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, monoculars, and microscopes. It is not compatible with riflescopes. Most phone cases are supported, but especially large cases with built-in batteries or rugged designs may need to be removed for optimal performance. Smartphone Adapter Instructions: For Telescopes, Binoculars, and Spotting Scopes – Squeeze the levers to open the clamps. Position them around the eyepiece and release. Tighten the safety locks. Attaching Your Phone – NexYZ works with standard phone cases, but bulky "rugged-style" cases should be removed. Expand the sliders, place your phone on the platform with the bottom edge touching the rubber base, then release the sliders. Your phone is now secure and ready for imaging.
