2 x NEUDORFF Protectan® Cat Repellent, 200 g

Product description: Cats are generally pleasant companions, but there are some areas of the property where we simply don't want them. Prevent cat droppings and protect songbirds from being caught by cats with this effective granular product. Protectan Cat Repellent is a granular deterrent against cats. Animals simply avoid the area being protected. The long-lasting scent of Protectan Cat Repellent effectively drives cats away from backyards, patios, and areas where birds regularly congregate. The product works using minerals and fragrances found in nature. The protection lasts 3-4 weeks, depending on the weather. Due to the product's strong odor, we recommend using Protectan Cat Repellent only outdoors. Note: The effect of Protectan Cat Repellent often takes a few days to become noticeable. Cats may initially frequent the treated areas more frequently after application. This is typical feline behavior, as cats that have marked their territory with scent will not tolerate unfamiliar odors there. Due to the long-lasting scent of Protectan Cat Repellent, cats gradually abandon their original territory and eventually avoid the treated areas. Application: For: Cat soiling. Properties: Effectively repels cats without harming them. Long-lasting granules. Long-lasting effect of 3-4 weeks. Contains fragrances found in nature. Packaging made from over 90% recycled paper. Instructions for use: Areas of application: Cat Repellent is suitable for areas where cats should be kept away long-term. For example, patios, backyards, or places where birds regularly gather. Do not use in flowerbeds or on lawns. Due to the intense scent, use only outdoors. How Cat Repellent works: Cat Repellent works through fragrances found in nature. Cats have a much more sensitive sense of smell than humans and perceive these unpleasant scents particularly intensely. Immediately after application, cats may initially visit the treated areas more frequently. They are reacting to the new scent and checking their familiar territory. Over time, however, the cats abandon the area and avoid it. Application: Before application, thoroughly remove any existing markings such as feces and urine. Sprinkle the granules evenly at a rate of approximately 10 g per m². This corresponds to about 2 heaped teaspoons. Treat particularly heavily frequented areas, such as wall or roof overhangs, specifically. The effect lasts for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the weather. Reapply after heavy rain showers. The effect is reduced at temperatures below 10 °C.
